Humility essential oil blend was created to inspire greater awareness with those around you, as well as with God. Having humility in your life is the first step to obtaining forgiveness. From Merriam-Webster dictionary, humility means “the state of being humble.” Both humility and humble have their origin in the Latin word humilis, meaning "low."
Humility essential oil blend helps you let go of the feeling of not being good enough, which comes from agitation, anger, frustration, irritability, jealousy, obsessiveness, and resentment. It is when you feel humble that you will bring in the positive emotions of self-worth, contentment, humility, and faith.
Diffuse 8−12 drops to create a nurturing and accepting environment.
Apply 1−3 drops topically on your forehead, over your heart, on your neck, on your temples, or as desired to enhance your emotional strength.
Add Humility to your bath mixed with Epsom salt.
Directly inhale Humility, saying “I am enough!”
Topical: Apply 2–4 drops to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin.
